Hi :)

My name is Kirsten and I have a double room to offer in my modern two bedroom flat.

The location
The flat is located about 20 minutes walk from Princes Street/Edinburgh Waverley and 10 minutes walk from Leith. As for public transport the no. 11 bus goes right past the flat and into town (10 minutes). There are also lots of buses that leave from Leith walk, which is a 5 minute walk.

The flat
It is a 4th floor floor flat in the Tinto Place complex - the area is quiet and secure. The room comes furnished with a double bed, large double wardrobe, bedside table, side unit and your own bathroom (bath & shower). The flat is a good size (see floor plan in photos) and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen/living room. It also has lovely views of Arthur’s Seat & Calton Hill.

The room is available from 1st Oct but I’m flexible with move in dates. Viewings will start from 3rd September.

I’m a 27-year-old professional and I'm looking for a flatmate that is easy to chat to and live with, tidy and sociable (i. e. someone who is up for the odd midweek pub trip/cinema outing). And anyone who is keen to cook together would be a bonus!
