Would suit a quiet non smoking professional or mature student, no fixed idea of who I'm looking for but needs to be a female. Room is neutrally decorated and includes single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, beside table, armchair and radiator. Access to shared bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and wash hand basin. Access to shared kitchen with hob/oven, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and utensils. Access to shared living room / dining room. There is Wi-Fi and Freeview TV available. Road is very quiet with minimal noise. Location is convenient for by-pass, Napier at Craiglockhart, Kings Buildings and Edinburgh infirmary. Local services include 3 supermarkets, Doctors, Dentist and Library. Location is serviced by the following buses: 4, 5, 16, 18, 27 and it's about 30-40 minute journey into Princes Street. Rent is £650 per calendar month which includes all bills. Deposit is £200.
