I have a double room in my flat available to rent short term - maximum 3 months.
The flat is in a lovely quiet area in Inverleith, opposite the Botanic gardens. It is very close to Canonmills, 15 mins walk to Stockbridge and easy walking distance to town.
I am the live in landlord and work full time as a teacher. Although I’m usually out and about at weekends, midweek I’m up early and to bed early so I’m looking for someone with a similar work pattern and no night owls. The flat is not able to accommodate couples.
