Note: This is a Monday to Friday weekday let. Full weeks considered but only on a short term basis, and at higher rental.

My name is Eric and I am letting out my spare room in my mews house in central Edinburgh.

Are you looking for somewhere clean, modern, central, and fully equipped to stay while in town Monday to Friday? Or alternatively weekly lets on a short term basis?

The terms of the let are Monday to Friday, and includes all bills, bed linen, and towels if necessary. I will consider weekly lets on a short term basis, please message me to discuss.

The house is perfectly located in the New Town with Stockbridge, the West End, and Princes Street all within 5 minutes walk.

The mews is within 30 seconds walk of Queen Street. Despite being so central it is very quiet as it is not a through road.

Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, utility cupboard, living area, WC, and french doors leading to a small patio.

Upstairs is my bedroom, the guest bedroom you will be using, and a large shared bathroom with large bath, rainfall shower and large sink.

The bedroom is bright with large double glazed sash windows looking out onto the street in front of the house. It has a king sized bed with very comfortable Simba mattress, bed linen, bedside tables and lamps, blackout blinds, and a large wardrobe with mirror and integrated drawers.

There is also a key to the private Queen Street Gardens to use as you wish.

I work just outside of town near the airport. Also sometimes cycle in so don't shower often in the mornings so you would likely have the bathroom fairly free. My hobbies include live music, cycling, skiing, sailing. Am fairly sociable and enjoy catching up with people over a drink. At home I am fairly quiet and like to keep the place pretty tidy.

As outlined above will consider shorter / weekly lets at an increased rate.
