Large double bedroom available in the Haymarket area at the West End of Edinburgh. Plenty of room for storage and hanging space, as well as a window seat with decent views. Available from now until mid-April 2018.

Very spacious living room with sliding doors to the large kitchen. Shared bathroom with bath/shower. Pretty much everything you'd need in a flat - TV, Wifi, appliances that actually work in the kitchen.

Flat is on the second floor and has nice views from the bay window over Edinburgh. Just two minutes walk from Haymarket Train Station, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, bus services and the tram stop within a few minutes walk. There's also a shared private garden out front (smoking is fine out front of the flat).

Bills total under £100 per month. There's also plenty of parking out front (permit only), or if you want to save money then you can walk 10 minutes down the road where there is free parking.
