Room available in 2-bed flat 1st May

I need a new tenant for my flat in Bellevue as my current housemate is moving out. Lease has previously been 6 months minimum. Rent is £480/month and including council tax and bills would be ~£600/month.

The room available has a double bed and use of a spare room for storage. Shared kitchen and separate living room are very bright and spacious. Bathroom and a small second toilet room. The flat is on the fourth floor with no lift. It is quiet and has exceptional views as is higher than all surrounding buildings. Double glazed windows throughout. There is access to a shared garden though obviously this isn't very convenient from the fourth floor! Permit parking outside the house and the zoned parking ends 1/4 a mile from the house. York place tram stop is 5 mins walk. Internet is set up already.

The new tenant would be sharing with me. I work as a doctor and spend most of my spare time mountain biking, weightlifting and more recently climbing.

I am looking for another professional man with active hobbies/interest and who might enjoy a sociable beer on a weekend night.

Parters are very welcome but it must be a two-person joint lease with myself and one other. The landlord's agent requires reference from a previous landlord and from current employer, and deposit of £825 if I remember correctly.
