Looking for a new flatmate

Double room available in a modern flat in the Granton area. It's £338 (including all bills and council tax). There is a free underground parking space if needed or plenty of safe free parking around the flat.

The flat is on the 6th floor, with a lift. The balcony in the living area has great views of the castle, which is particularly great during the festival.

We’re both 25 and work Monday - Friday. We’re easy going and like nights in watching things on Netflix but also a fan of heading to the pub. Looking for another professional to take the room or a student who would be willing to contribute to council tax.

The flat is about 5 minutes from a big Morrisons. It's also close to many bus routes. 8, 14, 16, 24, 27 are less than 5 minutes away and 37 or 47 are just under 10 minutes away.

The 200 airport bus passes by the flat too.
