I am looking for someone who can take over my room.
The room is in a two-bedroom flat, fully-furnished, located near King's Buildings of Edinburgh University, and also in a walking distance from George Square campus.
Bills are not included, and I think it will be around 30-50 pounds, but will depend on seasons.
The room will be available from 23rd May, but the date could be a bit flexible.
You will be sharing with a postgraduate student studying chemistry.
Ideally, I am looking for a student, but would consider professionals as long as you agree to pay all cost of council tax.
