Double room for a short let 16/07-28/07

This is a gorgeous flat and the people (and dog!) you will be sharing with are absolutely lovely. If you like long walks, the area is ideal and there's plenty of wildlife nearby such as foxes, deer etc. Rooms in this flat are not generally rented out as holiday lets, I am only personally subletting my own room because I am going away for a bit. So you won't be paying a 'tourist' price - you will only pay £220 for the entire duration of your stay, which is what I would pay in rent for those two weeks.

THE FLAT:
You will be sharing the flat with one girl, her dog and one guy. You will have full use of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc. as well as access to things like spare towels, bedsheets and such. The flat is located on the top floor of a one-story house, with a private front yard and a private garden at the back.

THE AREA:
Gilmerton is located just on the outskirts of Edinburgh and the city centre is reached very easily by public transport, roughly 20 minutes by bus (there are buses every 10 minutes) or 10 minutes by car. Gilmerton is home to historic attractions such as Gilmerton Cove or Craigmillar castle, all just a short walk away from the house.

There is also a Lidl, a Morrison's, an Aldi, all within walking distance from the flat.

If you are a visitor to Edinburgh, this is an ideal location from which to explore the city and get a taste of what it's like to actually live in Edinburgh for a while.
