Female, Cat Friendly Flatmate for Edinburgh Flat

I'm looking for a female flatmate to share my spacious, modern, 2 bed flat on Firrhill Drive, Edinburgh. I'm a 26 year old full time musician and teacher who is sociable and up for a laugh. I’m not a crazy party animal but I do enjoy a good night out every now and then. I like to keep the flat pretty clean and would normally take it in turns for various chores. I also own a lovely wee cat so please only apply if you are feline friendly!

The flat is non-smoking but you would be welcome to smoke outside. The living room looks out onto gorgeous views of the Pentlands hills. Free on street parking with good public transport links very close by. It's a pretty quiet neighbourhood a wee bit further out of town but there are supermarkets close by and it doesn't take long at all to get into the centre. Rent and bills altogether come to about £430 per month, this includes rent, council tax, wifi and gas and electric. The landlord is very nice, if successful you'd be required to go through some checks with the estate agent. The deposit is £387.50.

The room is available from September 1st 2018 onwards but this date can be negotiated. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is well equipped so you’d only really need kit out your own room which can easily fit a double bed, desk and wardrobe.
