The house has a secure drive way, garden and shed with lock.

bathroom with shower over bath shared with one other person
Large fridge freezer, washing machine and kitchen cupboard storage available
15 minute walk into town
15 min walk to tram
2 mins walk from bus stops 11,22,25,16,49,7, 10, 12, 14, MA1 and 300 airport bus

You will be sharing with a professional female so please be respectful this is not a party house.
I would prefer to rent to the same person for 3 weeks

Weekly price = £475

£250 upfront payment to be made at time of booking fully deductible from the rest of the payment made on day of arrival
