Shop with small bakery and post box at the end of the road and larger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
Edinburgh college, Napier university and Heriot Watt University all within a 10 minute drive.
Top floor (3rd) with no lift.
Shared gardens (no cost to yourself for upkeep )
The flat has all mod cons power shower in bathroom and fridge freezer, microwave, oven hob ect all in kitchen.

Would suit either a Monday to Friday let or happy for a full time lodger too.

As you will pretty much have the place to yourself as I will be away at work alot this is reflected in the price.
