I have an appointment this Monday to see the apartment with the agency. It's a 2 bedrooms flat in Canonmills, with a large living room/kitchen area, bathroom with shower, plenty storage. The property includes a large flatscreen TV.
The flat is at Rodney Street, located on the edge of New Town, close to Canonmills. This property is yards from the TESCO supermarket on Broughton Road and there is an array of excellent restaurants and bars nearby on Broughton Street.
The botanic gardens are within a 5 minute stroll and the city centre is within striking distance.
I'm 24, easy-going, friendly, honest and responsible. I work full time in a store in the city centre.
