Cozy double room available

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a great 2bedroom flat on Gifford Park. Located by the Meadows, it's 2 mins away from George Square and pretty much everything you may need (bus routes, supermarkets, shops, pubs, fab korean restaurants...you name it!).

You would be sharing the flat with myself. I'm a 27yo student going on my final year so even though I do enjoy going out I won't be on party animal mode. I like cooking, watching movies, going out for a cheeky pint and random adventures. I'm very sociable so I'd like to live with someone that wants to hang out, watch a series or go for a drink and sometimes eat together!

My current flatmate is sadly leaving the country at the beginning of the month so the room will be available from the 10th of September. I'm looking for someone aged 24 to 30, ideally a mature student or postgrad but I'm open to professionals if you're willing to pay council tax on your own!

You'll be signing a 8month contract through a letting agency so if you're a student you'll need a UK guarantor.

Rent is £375+bills.
