I am looking for a professional female to flatshare with me.
Bright, spacious flat in the heart of Stockbridge - 15 mins walk to Princes Street. Long term preferable, but minimum of 6 months. Large, furnished double room available with a shared bathroom.
Ideally looking for someone over 21, non smoker essential, no pets, clean and tidy.
Previous rental experience is ideal (but not essential) and good references will be required for landlord/letting agent. No students.
Flat will be available from early November once my current flat mate moves out.
On street permit parking available.
A deposit would be required of £675 to pay to the vacating tenant.
Total amount to pay per month including rent, all bills and council tax would be £690.

About myself, I am a 27 year old dentist, and have lived here for almost 2 years. I am very tidy and quiet and respectful, and I work sociable hours. I am a keen runner/cyclist and enjoy going to the cinema.
