The room is fully furnished, boasting views looking straight on to the meadows. There is a shared living and separate kitchen area, as well as, 2 newly renovated shower rooms.

The flat is perfectly situated for students attending The University of Edinburgh, with the main library being only an 8 minute walk. The flat is near to good transport links, so would also be beneficial for someone attending any of the universities in Edinburgh.

The flat already consists of four female students in their final undergrad year at the University of Edinburgh. They are friendly and welcoming. All the girls lead very busy lives with university, and enjoy the flat to be a relaxing atmosphere where they enjoy cooking, socialising, or just watching television, when they are not studying. They are extremely respectful of others space, but do enjoy a cup of tea together!

They are seeking a female flatmate who is also a student. They would find it beneficial if you were friendly and clean. All of the girls are keen to make a new friend, but if that is not what you would like then they understand if someone were to want privacy in the flat!
