Warm and spacious double room

I am a student seeking to take a leave of absenc. I live in a spacious, warm, two bedroom flat in The Grange, which is a lovely neighbourhood. I have a double room with a walk in wardrobe, the bathroom, kitchen and large living room will be shared. The flat is a 15 minute walk from Kings Buildings and a 20 minute walk from the University of Edinburgh with easy access to the centre of town via bus 3.

The rent is £600, excluding bills. I am looking for someone to rent until the 25th of August 2018.

My flat mate who you will be living with'a name is Oliver, he is a student in biochemistry. He will be working most week days and weekends but also enjoys going out for the occasional drink. He likes relaxing with a movie some evenings too. His friends would say he is easygoing and he likes food and sport. He takes pride in where he is living and likes to keep things pretty tidy and as homely as possible.
