I have a 44-week contract with the beaverbank place, but I will stay until February 2nd. This means that the room is free from the 3rd of February until 7 July.

There is always a security for your safety. The people in the accommodation are nice and you have bus stops, a Tesco and a Lidl within walking distance. You have your own bathroom. But, the kitchen is shared with four nice people.
The rent of the room is 126 pounds weekly.
