The new tenant will be sharing the flat with two nice and friendly female professionals working in hospitality and who are easy to make friends with.

It has a very nice and furnished shared lounge and a well-equipped kitchen including a big table to eat or just sit together. There is everything you need. A locked bike shed in front of the house is also available in the house.

The flat is only a stone’s throw away from Holyrood park and Arthur’s Seat and within walking distance (15min) from the city centre. It has fantastic bus connection to everywhere in the city. The Meadowbank shopping centre, including a huge Sainsbury is also very close.

The rent is £440 per month plus bills (£140 currently but mist likely decreasing) and a deposit of 1 month rent will be necessary.

The flat is rented on a 6 months initial contract. References from a previous landlord and employer will be required.
