All Bills Included. This is an advert for one room on the 4th floor of the Fresh Student Living accommodation complex in Potterrow, Edinburgh. The flat consists of a large fully furnished modern kitchen with gorgeous views of the university and McEwan Hall. The shared bathroom has a large bath and lots of space with beautiful arrangement and modern equipment. Finally the room has a large 1 and 3/4 bed and a lot of space inside it. The room space can be considered the largest I was able to find when going through all other available private accommodations when I moved in 42 months ago. I am moving out due to wanting to have my own place and to move in with my partner. My current roommates are all excellent people with high cleanlyness levels and have a high affinity for diverse and deep discussions. All of them quite private people, and always nice and assertive. We are very flexible in who we can rent this to. Only restrictions is the need to be a student and be willing to stay until early September.
