Lovely Comfy Master room in Spacious Central House

A spacious Victorian bedroom with ensuite shower/wc. There is a King sized bed, desk, TV, and a large wardrobe. You will find this a very pleasant and comfy room to relax/work/study in!

Price is for a single occupant. For a couple the monthly rent will be £750.

We are located near Murrayfield, and there is both a tram stop and bus stop just minutes walk from the house (route 12, 26, 31 or 2, 22, 38). Extremely easy and quick getting around Edinburgh (10 mins bus or tram to Princes Street), airport is 20 minutes on the tram - ideal location for public transport! There is also a good sized grocery shop on our street.

The living room is also a very good size, and there's Virgin Fibre Internet and TV. Free on street parking. The kitchen leads into the Conservatory, and then into the garden where there is also a summer house - lovely in warmer days. The kitchen also has a TV for netflix etc.

We are quite a laid back and quiet household in general, I am self employed and work from home quite a lot, as well as do volunteer outdoor work. A keen gardener, love the Highlands but also like to watch the Rugby in a pub or at home :)

There will be slightly 'busier' days/times in the house as my 2 students return now and then from their University accommodation (and usually I hardly see them when they do!). Most of the time it's me and my senior dog who is a big softie, she will melt your heart - and expect you sometimes to throw her a ball..

I am a morning person and usually retire to bed quite early, so probably suit someone who likes their quiet evenings too, or someone who travels a lot but needs a base in Edinburgh.

I have ran holiday lets for many years and quite professional when it comes to offering accommodation with gas safety certs etc. If you are interested please let me know a bit about yourself, employment, how often approximately you think you would be home etc
