Looking for a flatmate for a beautiful fully furnished two bedroom flat near Blackford and Causewayside. It’s a 10/15 minute bus ride in to the town centre and a 20 minute walk from both the Meadows and Morningside. There are bus links to the Royal Infirmary, the Sick Kids and the town centre very close to the flat. The flat has parking with no permit required.

The room for rent is a double room with ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobe. The room is shown in the picture above but has a white ikea malm bed and not the one shown in the picture. Large livingroom space with bar cart and kitchen with dining table and all kitchenware.

A bit about me - I’m a 27 yr old professional and have been living in Edinburgh for the past 5 years. I enjoy socialising, the occasional gin and tonic and am looking for a professional flatmate who is happy to socialise and catch up over a cup of tea or glass of wine!

The room will be £585 including bills. Bills are currently £24 tv licence, £15 internet, £214 council tax, £66 gas and electric, £850 rent. (£585 per person)

£425 Deposit required and the tenant will be subject to checks by Southside letting agency.
