We have a lovely double room available in a spacious top floor flat. The room is the largest in the property and is afforded a castle view via a velux skylight. It is fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a kingsize bed.

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and large living room. There is also ample storage space throughout the property.

As three final year nursing and midwifery students, we are often working shifts and unsociable hours. Due to this, we're looking for a reliable and tidy flatmate who can respect our busy schedules. Although busy with university, we're never against sharing a bottle of wine or a G&T! We're all very easy-going and have a range of hobbies.

£510 a month covers all rent and bills - including Sky broadband.

References and guarantors are required, so please ensure that these are in place prior to viewing.
