Notice: The flat has one security camera installed for extra safety in the main hall.

We are clean, organized, health and safety conscious friendly flatmates. The place is kept clean and common areas are being used very efficiently - only occupied when being used - everyone has plenty of their own time and space (no "crowding"). You can expect a high level of respect towards other people's need for their own space, however having said that, we are also very happy to chat if there's time and opportunity to do so.

There are local shops and a shopping centre near by (post office, cash points, supermarkets, etc).

(The location and area are ideal for a university student, people working in the area, or people working from home.)

The double bedroom has a nice solid woodwork/study-desk with drawers, an office chair, a new double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, plenty of sockets, ceiling lights, a radiator for central heating, and a multifunction fan powered el. heater/cooler for extra comfort during very cold winter days/nights for use if needed.

2 very friendly tenants already occupying two rooms in this 3 bed flat. (1x Student/Professional and 1x Professional.)

The flat is a short walking distance to all important bus links headed towards the city center and the airport. Great shopping within walking distance with local stores close by and the West Hailes shopping center with Lidl, Odeon, Gym, Post office, and more.
