Everyone would share the living room, bathroom and kitchen (so it's important we keep it clean). The flat has central heating and double glazed windows. There is also high speed internet.
The rent is £350 per month, council tax £70, internet £10, gas £25 and electricity £25 (varies depending on usage). With all the bills it's around £500 per month.
