A value for money, large double room is available (from Sat 4th March) in a 3 bed city centre flat (on Morrison St), 5 minutes walk to Princess Street and Haymarket Station.
Sharing with two male professionals, 26 and 25 year old.
Looking for a reliable, responsible, an easygoing and clean & tidy, working professional preferred.
It’s a good size semi-furnished (with wardrobe, mirror, bed and chest of draws) double room. The flat is modern, spacious and peaceful. Everyone would share the living room, bathroom and kitchen (so it's important we keep it clean). The flat has central heating and double glazed windows. There is also high speed internet.
The rent is £350 per month, council tax £70, internet £10, gas £25 and electricity £25 (varies depending on usage). With all the bills it's around £500 per month.
VIEWINGS: Please note the landlord will ask for satisfactory references. On approach, please tell us a bit about yourself, thank you. Only accepting working professionals.
