On street parking (free unrestricted), restaurants and pubs on the doorstep, bus to princes Street takes 20 mins, nightbus & stop is a 1 minutes journey. Number 12, 16 and 200 buses.
Short walk to the beach, David Lloyd gym & Asda both under 10 mins walking, ocean terminal is 10 mins walk, gorgeous lighthouse view on the doorstep. Nice pubs at the shore are like a 15 minute walk in a straight line which is great.
Bills will be split, reference check required by letting agency.
I pay for a lady to pop in daily to let out my tiny doggo and clean the communal areas so this is effectively included in your rent. Also a dishwasher in the kitchen.
I've just moved to Edinburgh for work, would be great to find someone laid back, sociable and clean. I'm a professional who enjoys going out sometimes, reading, listening to music, cooking. Would be good to find someone who's similar!
