Hi,

I am renting out my flat which is in Meadowbank Terrace. The flat has been recently renovated, with new flooring and tiling throughout. The place is also tastefully decorated and has central heating and double glazing.

The flat is ideally located a short distance from the city centre and is right next to Arthur Seat so great for walks etc.
There is free on street parking for those who have a car.

It will be available from 20th December and is available for either a short term let or long term tenancy. Just let me know your situation and we can hopefully work something out.

Ideally I would be looking for a professional person or couple to take the flat. Smokers can apply but smoking would not be permitted in the flat.
