The property has a common room to hang out in, reception service for parcels etc, and RAs for out-of-hours queries. It's only a 7 minute walk to the George Square campus and a 15 minute walk to town. There are also plenty of bus stops to go to King's Buildings. The room is in a 6-bed flat with lovely and friendly girls. There are two bathrooms and a huge living room/kitchen. The room has a 3/4 bed, a desk, wall shelves, and a wardrobe. All in all, plenty of storage space and a comfy study area for those days working from home. Ideally looking for a female PhD student to take over my lease.
