Short-term let/Mon-Fri

Living room

Hi, I am renting out my spare room on a short term basis, ideally Mon-Fri however, I am flexible. You would have your own bathroom attached to the double bedroom.

I live alone with my friendly cocker spaniel so a dog person is ideal although he is not allowed in the spare bedroom.

My flat is situated just off Easter Road in a popular area near shops, cafes and bars. There is a large Sainsburys a 10 minute walk away and the bus stop is also a 10 minute walk. You can walk into town in 25 minutes and athurs seat is about a 20 minute walk away!

The flat has a living room and well equipped kitchen. The flat has a balcony in the living room and full length windows meaning lots of light. There is an extra storage cupboard to store shoes, towels etc and space to hang coats if required.

The apartment block is quiet.. I have kept the flat in very good condition and I am looking for a tenant who will respect this and keep it like your own home :)

There is lift access, free parking on the street and secure bike storage in the garage.

High speed internet.
