Double room in shared penthouse

Good Size Double room with full height windows for lodger in our penthouse. Available from 1st onwards - viewings to be arranged.

The room has a fitted double wardrobe, 2 full height mirrors and a double bed. As well as a chest of drawers. There is also some art but that will be taken down or changed for some of the other rooms paintings probably left empty to your own taste. All the rooms on the property have full height glass walls and great views, the sun rises into the bedrooms and sets over the back balcony.

The penthouse is modern spacious and warm; with dish washer, double oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, Fridge Freezer etc. There is all cutlery , glassware etc and a huge dinning table, we are in the heart of the city on a quiet road with ample street parking ( requires a permit 8-30 to 5-30 Mon/Fri free at weekends). Garage parking is a possibility however would be extra.

One month deposit, one month in advance. covers all rent and all bills, including tv and council tax, no couples, no smokers. Currently 2 males, both Professionals.

We are a clean and tidy house, we live quietly and enjoy the space, I work from home and this does sort of dominate the dinning area and kitchen, so if your needing to work from home we can set up a table in the room, or you can share the dinning table with me, my work can be nosy, we share cleaning on a rota.

We both work and as stated I currently work from the flat , looking for a professional hard working clean happy individual to share our home, we enjoy cooking and the outdoors when given the chance.

This is not a party flat or short term lets, looking for someone nice to share our space.
