Single or double room in detached house nr airport

Hi,

I have a double room to let in my four bedroom house in a quiet cul de sac on the south side of Edinburgh. It is 10 minute drive from the airport by car and has good bus links into the centre of the city, taking around 20 minutes. The driveway takes 3 cars and there is a parking bay across the road.
I work Tuesday Thursday and spend a lot of time doing exercise classes, swim, gym etc. My two children have flown the nest but visit from time to time. I have a very friendly cat who usually only comes in for food and a sleep! My partner usually stays over at the weekend.
You would have sole use of the bathroom.
(I rarely use the bathroom as I have an ensuite shower room and there is also a downstairs toilet.)
I have a large kitchen/diner with a conservatory off (which is used by my current lodger as a lounge) which leads on to a large sunny garden overlooking the Pentland hills. The garden has a large summer house with patio area for BBQ/ sun bathing. There is Sky TV with sports and movies channel in the conservatory, with wi fi throughout.
