The house is in a quiet suburban area.
The bus stops for n. 31, 11, 7 and 18 are 5 minutes walking away from the house.
There is a Leisure centre in walking distance (gym, pool, etc).
There are various supermarkets, all in walking distance: Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco.
Of particular interest, given the location, to anyone working or studying at the Royal Infirmary - also very convenient for Edinburgh University and Napier University, and veterinary students.
The room is a double bedroom, furnished with bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, armchair and its own TV and Playstation (for DVD watching). Netflix is available for lodgers at no extra cost.
We are a long term couple, working from home (artist). We are friendly and helpful.
We are looking for someone independent, with their own life, and TRULY CAT-FRIENDLY: we have a 12 year old cat living in the house, occasionally going in the garden.
