You would be sharing with a friendly, respectful 34 year old, male PhD student. He has a keen interest in hill-walking, baking, running and swimming. He is tidy and not a party animal, a similar flatmate is required.

There is a good range of facilities nearby including shops (Lidl, Morrisons & Iceland), a leisure centre and library just a few minutes’ walk away. Regular busses (7, 11 & night bus) to/from city centre at a stop two minutes walk from the property.
The flat is convenient for Morningside, the City centre, Cameron Toll, the ERI, Edinburgh Science Triangle and Edinburgh University King's Buildings.
There is also easy access to the City Bypass at Straiton and the Straiton shopping centre.

Bills are not included in rent and average at around £70/month (council tax, gas, electricity, virgin tv & wifi).
References and deposit of £365 will be required.
