Spacious , warm double room for rent, Portobello

Room for rent in a spacious, completely new furnished ground floor  flat near Portobello in Edinburgh, Scotland. It is in a nice neighborhood.
Newly decorated warm flat with shared kitchen  and bathroom. Bathroom contain; sink, toilet,  bathtub, and shower facilities.

The flat is inclusive gas, and electricity. It is difficult to estimate, depending on how much you use( you can see that right away ).
This room is suitable to rent ( Internship students, or for somebody that needs accommodation for a few months).
I'm pretty flexible, just let me know what suits you best, and we will take it from there.

If you wish to decide to stay, at least 1 month, then the price would be a bit cheaper.

The area is an nice, quiet area, there is a primary school nearby. Portobello is a great, small friendly place, and a great community.
There are enough useful shops, banks, pharmacy, library etc.
Lots of shops nearby and easy access to bus tops and trainstation.
Within walking distance to the beach and cycle paths. Edinburgh University ( Queen Margaret),Supermarket , and  Fort Kinnard is for the bigger shoppers.

To go  downtown ( Edinburgh City, Princess Street , Queen street etc) is easy, with transportation ( depending traffice PT ( Bus) 20min.

Brunstane Trainstation, takes you in 7 min to Edinburgh Waverly, Princess Street, Queen street.
About me ;  I'm female in my 40's, and for  the last years, I am living in Scotland. It' a beautiful country, and lots to see.

I have travelled and worked all over  of the world. I am an open minded person, and people mainly describe me as having ; "a chill personality",friendly and sometimes funny (?).
I like to travel, meet new people, cultures etc. I speak several languages.

In the past I have been an Foreign Exchange Student myself (when I was 20 years in USA). I did my Internship in England, Europe, and spend years in the Caribbean,  as well.

I know how it can be, to be on your own in a different country, far away from friends and family. I am  happy to help out where I can.

When I am  home, I get every now and then , a visit from a sweet dog. She loves to visit me for a few hours, but she does not live or sleep in my place. I hope you are not allergic for animals.

During the day, I am often busy in and out my place. I do have my own bedroom as well. it's possible, that some days you have the entire flat for yourself.

The building is okay, and so are the neighbor's. We all get along, and respect each others space. 

Smoking is not allowed inside, or in common areas. As for alcohol, as long as it is moderated
Unfortunately the  place is definately not suitable for parties, but feel free the party downtown :) ,and meet all your friends.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Price negotiable in case , you decide to stay longer, if you are having guests, there will be an additional fee for ( £15 pppn). Unfortunately , I do not have an spare bed, but it is possible 2 persons in the Double bed.
