Available is a double room in a 2 bed, furnished flat at the Foot of Leith Walk. The room will be ready to move in from 16th July.

There is one large bathroom with shower over bath, spacious kitchen and separate living room. There is a lot of storage space in the flat too.

The property is managed by Northwood letting agency, and I am a tenant. I am looking for someone to replace my current flatmate as she is moving back to Australia. I am a 29 year old female, originally from Fife, and I work for a children's charity. I'm a sociable person, and I'm really interested travelling and film. I volunteer for LGBT Youth Scotland, and I'm involved in some feminist activism. My partner lives in Copenhagen so I'm away every now and again, or she stays with me.

I am looking to live with another professional (sorry no students for council tax purposes), who is clean and tidy, no pets, and who would enjoy sharing a glass of wine or a cup of tea once in a while :).

Rent is £750 total so £375 each, and deposit is one months rent. The flat is council tax band C making it roughly £124 per month. I'm about to change energy providers but we currently pay £70 total per month, and internet is £35.
