The flat is clean, homely, big and very comfortable.
There is a kitchen with all appliance (kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher).

The kitchen, living room and bathroom is to share.
The location is fantastic, it is a only 10 minutes walk from Princess Street and Waverley Station.
Plenty of shops and restaurants just few steps away and bus to and from all around Edinburgh. 15 different buses run along Leith Walk.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED (Electricity, Gas, Council tax, internet wi-fi)
THE ROOM the pictures are not up to date, now there is a bigger beautiful wooden wardrobe and the TV.

I am looking for a person that is clean, friendly, considerate and mature, who likes to live in a nice place and make the flat their own house. No party animals.
I like my privacy and respect other people privacy but if we share a flat will be nice sometime to have a chat over a glass of wine and don't live like strangers in an hotel 😊

Preferably i look for a female professional.

I am a single mum over 40yo with 3 kids. They are good but kids and you need to like kids :)
