Double room available in 2 bed flat, Leith

Hi all, I'm tasked with finding the replacement for the second bedroom. The first bedroom has already been filled for the last year by a girl called Chelsea (who you'll be sharing with) who describes herself as follows:

"I am a thirty year old Canadian and have lived in Scotland for over a year. I enjoy craft beer, exploring, sketching and cooking. I appreciate my own space, but also love to be social on occasion and hang out together at the flat, or go for a pint every now and then. I enjoy exploring as much of the UK as I can, and like going for hikes and bike rides around the city. I’m looking for someone easy going and clean who wants a comfortable living space and is fun to hang out and explore with."

The flat is 2 bed with a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom situated in Leith. The room has a double bed, desk, bedside table, built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Rent is £450 per person, on top of that bills typically break down to £70 per person for Council tax, £25 per person for Gas/Electric. Internet is included in the rent.

I've set up and will be managing this advert but I'll be sending most applicants to Chelsea to check over, seeing as she'll be the one living with you.
