The Room

Double room for let in the Leith/Trinity area of Edinburgh. The flat is on the top floor in a lovely and well-kept 19th century tenement building. It has gorgeous period features, and has recently been updated in a contemporary style. There's a communal garden and permit-free parking outside.

It's well-located for the no7 and 14 bus routes as well as being close to a small row of shops including supermarket, post-office and chemist. It's also close to the Leith Theatre, Victoria Park and is a short walk from The Shore.

You'd be staying with me, Alison, a 35 year old professional. I'm a pretty relaxed and sociable housemate, and hope to share with someone I can be friends with too. I work pretty standard hours and am at my happiest curled up on the sofa watching a movie, or catching-up with a glass of wine.
