Flatmate Needed

My flatmate is moving out of Edinburgh and I am hoping to stay in the flat we are currently in. Looking for someone to take on her half of the lease with a start date 19th March. Flat is situated on the top floor with nice neighbours. It is fully furnished. The room is a double room with lots of storage space in it. Shared bills, including council tax amount to about 110 each, so it is a very affordable flat! The flat has one bathroom with electric shower and tub and a sitting room with a dining table as well. I might easily amused, but one of my favourite features is that there is a pully for drying clothes in the hall! All the appliances are fairly new and A* energy rating.

I am looking for a conscientious and clean individual to share with. Someone who doesn't mind a shared cleaning rota, written down or in our heads, so that we keep the space nice to live in and hospitable to guests. I like having people around for meals or boardgames, from time to time. I'm quite extroverted, but ironically, have lived mostly with introverts and all of my best friends are as well, so I know how to negotiate that space ;) .

The flat is managed by Broughton Property Management; therefore, you will have to undergo a reference check and credit check with them in order to move in; therefore, you must have a salary of 12,500 and have credit in the UK OR get a British guarantor or pay 6 months rent up front. A bit ridiculous, I agree..
