Hiya!! The flat is based on Leith Walk (EH6) and it is a 4 bedroom flat. Myself and my two other flat mates are ages 21-22 and are all students at Queen Margaret University. We are all girls so you would need to be prepared for that 😂, but I promise we are all nice, laid back and get on well.
The spare room has a double bed, desk and wardrobe and we have a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom all fully furnished.
Our rent is £435 a month at this current time but when we renew our lease in August, it probably will go up in price. We are not sure as of yet the price but we are guessing £450 a month and then bills on top which would probably be another £40. When we renew our lease, there would be a deposit of around £400 required (obviously you would get back after the year).
