A comfortable, clean medium sized double room with en-suite available for in a quiet new development in the heart of Leith. 1st floor flat located on a quiet (no through) street. The room comes fully furnished with bedding and towels provided if required and a TV. The flat has an open plan kitchen/living space, gas central heating and high speed broadband. Small but fully equipped kitchen area including washing machine, microwave, kettle etc. Free parking outside.

The room is available for a professional person for £550 a month (including all bills). Single occupancy only. Short term let preferable but may consider longer term.

Leith is a vibrant area in the centre of Edinburgh. The flat is 5 mins to the shore area in Leith, which has some great bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Tescos, Lidl) close-by. The shore has frequent buses to all over Edinburgh (running every few minutes). It is 30 mins walk to city centre. 10 mins walk to Scottish exec building. 5 mins walk to nearest park (Leith Links). The flat is also 5 mins from the Water of Leith walkway a safe off-road cycling & walking path which follows along the river very near to the town centre.

My flat is a relaxed, quiet and cared for home. You would be sharing with myself and my two house cats (friendly and quiet). I have a full life and am an independent person but equally I enjoy spending time at home. I am looking for an independent and professional female. I am easy going, sociable person who values my own space and appreciates other people's privacy.

The room is available from 1st August 2020 however move in date is negotiable. I am initially only looking for someone short term (3 months) but may consider shorter or longer term.
