VERY close to a large Tesco and Lidl shop, also close to Leiths beautiful shore and a short bus or walk to the city centre and other attractions in Edinburgh, as well as the copious other stores and parks nearby.

You'll get a small double room at the rear of the property (quieter) and also are entitled to the separate office type room at the front of the property which also has a wardrobe built into the wall. The office is not pictured as It has a lot of stuff in it right now, however I can provide pictures upon request, or you can come and look at the property.

There are two other very pleasant, very tame Tennants living here (one Lithuanian 27 and the other Scottish/asian 19)

There is a LARGE basement room which unfortunately can only be used for storage as the HMO/insurance doesn't cover its communal usage.

2 toilets, one is a bathroom.

Kitchen is not too bit, not too small - Can also provide pictures upon request.

AS FOR PETS - I currently have a cat living here but he will join me in my departure. The only thing you need to do to keep a pet here is pay an extra £200 deposit to the landlord but this should be returned if no damage is done by the pet.
