My current flatmate of 2 years is in the process of buying a flat so I am looking for someone to fill his place for at least 6 months but maybe up to a year.
There are some specifics to how the lease works currently and we can discuss this if you're interested.
I work in cyber security and attend uni one day a week, so I'm occupied most weekdays from around 9-6. I don't have a preference for male/female, student/professional, but it is important that you are reliable and communicative. If you have similar interests or like a chat it would be cool to hangout every now and then, but if you like your space and keep to yourself I won't bother you. Bills/council tax and rent all together comes to roughly 600pm.
