The flat:
The flat is a private rental, but I have lived here for 6 years and know the landlords well. They are very responsible and easy-going! I am the lead tenant for the property, and this is an agreed sub-tenancy.
The flat is on the first floor of a traditional tenement, and accessed via a single, wide staircase. There’s access to a shared garden - not that you ever really need it with Leith Links literally on your doorstep!
- 🛏 The room is fully-furnished with a bed and desk, and has a TON of built-in storage. The picture I have attached really doesn't do it justice. The room is rear-facing and therefore *very* quiet.
- 👩🏻🍳 I’m an avid cook, so the shared kitchen is kitted out with most of the appliances/equipment you could possibly desire.
- 📺 The living room includes a very new 4K enabled TV and lots of lovely house plants
- 💻 Super-fast internet, great for home-working!
