I have a double room available in a spacious, three bed apartment. There is plenty of storage space in the room itself, as well as a desk for personal use. The apartment is modern looking, featuring high ceilings, great light, and a picturesque view of Arthur's Seat from the living space.

It is £450 per month and the bills are divided equally between 3. We are currently one guy and one girl (not a couple) and are friendly people; we like to socialize and chat, but equally like our own space. 😀

The apartment is conveniently situated between the city centre and scenic Leith shores. There are regular bus services 2 minutes from the apartment, so both the city and ocean terminal shopping centre are a 10 minute trip away. The Pitt market and multiple local shops all sit within a short walking distance.

The quiet local area boasts plenty of parks and green spaces, as well as a sprawling cycle path/walkway at your doorstep.
