Spacious flat on the shore. Large shared living-dining room, large TV and Sonus surround sound in living area. Private parking to the rear of the building. I also have gym equipment that can be used if you like working out.

The double bedroom is a fully furnished, bright airy room with a built-in wardrobe desk if your working from home.

Shared kitchen living room is open plan, washing machine, microwave and oven. Lots of space for entertaining.

Private car parking to the rear of building in a secure locked car park.

The flat is located on a great bus route, the trams when finished will stop right outside the flat so very easy to commute to the other side of town. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants a stone throw away it’s a fantastic location.

I would like to live with someone who can have a good chat with a glass of wine and dinner from time to time. Also, respect each other’s space I’m a sociable person and easy to get along with I’ve had some amazing flatmates that have turned into friends.

I work full time as a business analyst so I like to relax and unwind through the week, at weekends I like to socialise or get out on my mountain bike.
