I recently moved into the property in March and unfortunately my flatmate is leaving at the end of November so I'm hoping to find someone to replace her. The flat is in a very central location with everything you need on your doorstep, being just around the corner from the shore and a 5 minute walk to Leith Walk which has access to most bus routes. The flat also has free parking outside.
