Hello everybody! My name is Lucas, my flatmate is leaving late February/Beginning of March so I will have a single room available in my flat. The flat is located in Leith near Ocean Terminal with many buses to access the city center (20 minutes) 5 minutes to Aldi and other supermarkets like Lidl. Is a spacious flat (2 floors) with a big living room, nice kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony. We have a washing machine and all the cutlery and furniture. The room is £400 including bills, wifi and everything even council tax. Is a cozy room with a single bed (bunk bed), but possibility to change the bed for a double bed if you wish, 2 wardrobes and mirror.
About us:
We are 2 males French and Scottish, age 25 and 22 who are sociable and like to play games, cook and have fun together but also respect everyone's privacy. The flat is also smoker friendly. For myself I am a sommelier so if you like wine this would be your dream flat.
