Double room in Leith Links Area

I'm renting a double room in two bedroom flat.
The flat is located about 2 mins walking distance from the top part of Leith Links, 5 minutes away from Leith walk and Easter Road. It has access to the communal garden and it's situated in a nice and quiet area with lots of cats!!!

The room has a chest of drawers, a beside table, and in the hallway there's a large wardrobe with plenty of storage.

The walls have recently been painted and the flat renovated.

I would prefer living with a student because of council tax reasons but I can consider professionals if we click.
About me: I'm 33, vegetarian and I love music and dancing. I am currently studying and working so I need the place to be a space where I can feel relaxed and chill. I like to have an occasional drink but I don't think it will be possible to party in the house since the neighbours are elderly. I am very independent and have very clear boundaries. Other than that I enjoy a nice conversation, maybe some movie nights and occasional small gatherings. I'm currently finishing a holistic massage therapy course so if you're lucky you might get a massage or two!!

About you: you are respectful, considerate and don't mind giving the place a clean when appropriate. If you enjoy travelling, good music, animals and films we will definitely get along. Extra points if you're vegetarian or vegan!!
