Nice, quiet flat in an amazing location

I'm looking for a nice, quiet, clean flatmate to move in to a double room available in a flat on Leith Walk.

The flat is ideally located about half way down Leith walk, so it's the perfect location to commute in to town (about 10 minute walk to John Lewis).

The flat itself is on the top floor, which means there's hardly any noise from other people in the building.

The building of flats is just behind the street of Leith Walk, and so it's away from the noise. So you don't get distrupted by people.

The rent is only £400, which is pretty much a steal considering this is Edinburgh, and the bills will come up to about £100 a month - so you're only looking at about £500 a month! Which is amazing.

The room has a double bed, bed side table and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom, living area and kitchen are shared.

I don't care who the flatemate is (male, female and anyone in between) as long as you're quiet, clean and considerate.
